You can find time to make the work (sometimes). But you also need a life, and the bills don't pay themselves. So the “business” side of art — setting real deadlines, applying for grants, building your social presence — is always the first thing to drop off the list. It's unfun, it's daunting, and it never feels like progress toward the dream, just more work. The Artist Ops Starter Kit helps make that side feel manageable, so it stops competing with the life you're actually trying to build and starts moving you toward the career you want.
You're making great art. The struggle is sharing it with the world. What's getting in the way?
Your art deserves to be seen
But somewhere along the way, the “business” side zapped the energy that should've gone to sharing the work, making yourself visible, and saying yes to the opportunities that help you grow.
If it's just you, it might feel like you’re too full of good ideas to finish a major project, or have every excuse not to apply for that perfect-fit opportunity.
If you're a team, it might feel like everyone's so buried in keeping the lights on that nobody's got the bandwidth left to put the work in front of people.
It’s not a confidence problem or a skill problem. It’s understanding how the tools in your toolbox support you, and working with your energy and time to realize big goals.
From chaos to a working rhythm.

How it works
Three weeks. Major shifts. Built with you, not for you.
We'll work together to create strategies that give you more confidence in managing the business of art without sacrificing your creative energy.
Whether you’re a solo artist or a creative team, we get you.
The core process will be the same. The pace, session length, and pricing will flex depending on whether you're building this alone or with a group.
We understand this is an investment in your future. We don’t require you to commit to the full cost of services until after your Discovery Session. You'll know exactly what you're investing in before you commit to anything.
The Process
Before we start: A free pre-discovery questionnaire so we hit the ground running instead of spending your paid time on the basics.
Week 1 — Discovery Session: We find out exactly what's draining you — time, energy, confidence — and where it's actually going instead of into your work. You leave with a clear picture on what's fixable and where to start.
Week 2 — Milestones & Tools: We chart the path from where you are to your 6-month, 1-year, and 3-year goals, then open your toolbox and discover what we truly need to get you there.
Week 3 — Build & Wrap Up: We test out a new way of working in live, hands-on sessions until you feel confident in where you’re going. You leave with a toolbox that feels unique to you, and a clear plan for achieving your most important goals.

-
Let’s find out together! That's what the pre-discovery questionnaire and Discovery Session are for. Nothing is locked in until after your Discovery Session, and we'll talk pricing and payment plans together at that point.
-
Life happens. If you pause for more than 30 days mid-engagement, we'll do a quick check-in call before picking back up. As long as it's within 60 days of your Discovery Session, your remaining sessions resume at your original price.
-
The Starter Kit is designed to help you become more self-sufficient with the business side of your artistic practice. If you want continued support after, we offer an optional weekly or monthly retainer, which we'll only discuss once we've confirmed in your Wrap Up session that you're actually ready to sustain the systems on your own.
-
No. We help you build the organizational muscle you need to sustain your artistic practice. We’re not here to give bookkeeping, grant writing, and legal/tax advice.
-
We offer pricing based on what type of business you’re supporting - your own independent practice or a group/organization. We’ll discuss pricing in our Discovery Session, once we’ve determined if the Starter Kit is right for you.
